Parque de Campismo Orbitur Sagres
Sagres · Guest House or Cottage
The first caravels to bring “news from the new world” during the times of Portuguese exploration left from Sagres. Here also, 1km from the beach, you will find a beautiful campsite set in the midst of pine woods, with good commercial services and a welcoming atmosphere. It has mobile-homes and bicycles for hire. The surroundings are ideal for quiet walks with a blue background to the sea. Nearby, the castles of Silves, Aljezur and Alcoutim evoke the historical Arab presence in the zone, which also offers many fine examples of art and tiles in the baroque churches. Cape S. Vicente stands out both for its history and great natural beauty. Sagres also offers a rich cuisine with a lot of fresh fish. We would recommend the grilled bream and the barnacles, which are served hot.
